We strongly recommend logging in before making a payment to be able to track your payments. Currently, after making a payment you will be directed to the Access Portal home page, select "Home - My Records" to view the transaction and print. If you have made a payment, please refrain from making another if you do not see a receipt. We expect the issue to be resolved soon.
